Feature
A P&L you can actually act on
Revenue, carrier cost, driver pay and margin computed once and shown consistently across every screen and every report.
Free for up to 3 trucks. No card required.
The problem
Nobody trusts the margin number because it changes depending on which screen you read it from.
What changes
What Tezify does
Every money figure comes from one tested engine. Cost-per-mile, margin and profit per truck are the same wherever you look.
- P&L with correct period windowing
- Cost per mile and margin per truck and per lane
- Anomaly detection for impossible margins and revenue with no cost
- Owner-operator cost structure handled separately from company drivers
- Every figure traceable back to the load it came from
Common questions
What problem does this solve?
- Nobody trusts the margin number because it changes depending on which screen you read it from.
How does TEZIFY handle it?
- Every money figure comes from one tested engine. Cost-per-mile, margin and profit per truck are the same wherever you look.
Is this accounting software for trucking companies?
- It is the P&L half rather than a general ledger. Revenue, carrier cost, driver pay and margin are computed from the loads themselves, and every figure traces back to the load it came from. It does not keep your books: delivered and invoiced loads export for QuickBooks import, so your accountant keeps the tools they already use.
How is cost per mile worked out?
- From one engine rather than per screen. Cost per mile, margin per truck and margin per lane all come out of the same computation, which is why the figure does not change depending on which report you open it in.
Are owner-operators costed differently from company drivers?
- Yes. The owner-operator cost structure is handled separately, because the two do not share a cost model - an owner-operator carries the equipment cost and keeps a larger share of what a load pays, so treating both the same misstates cost, margin and pay.
Is this an add-on, or included?
- Included in every paid plan rather than sold separately, and available on the free tier for up to three trucks.
How much does TEZIFY cost?
- Free for up to 3 trucks, then $19 per truck per month. Every module is included in every paid plan — nothing is held back as an upsell.
Do I pay for each person who logs in?
- No. Pricing is per truck, so dispatchers, accountants, safety managers and mechanics all get their own login at no extra cost.
