Tezify — Website Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website. The Tezify driver application has its own policy, because the information it handles belongs to a trucking company about its own drivers rather than to us — you can read it on the driver app privacy page.
What is recorded when you read a page
We record the path you visited, the page that referred you, and your browser’s user-agent string. That is the whole list.
Your IP address is used to rate-limit abuse of that endpoint and is not stored alongside those records. Pages inside the signed-in console are not recorded at all.
What you send us on purpose
If you fill in a form, we receive your name, email address and message, and — where the form asks for them — your company, phone number, the reason you got in touch, and whether you agreed to be contacted by SMS. We also record which page the form was on and your browser’s user-agent.
This goes into our database and is emailed to us so somebody sees it. It is used to answer you and to talk to you about Tezify. We do not sell it.
The Meta pixel
Public pages on this site load the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tells Meta that a page was viewed and, when you submit an enquiry form, that an enquiry was made along with the fleet size you entered. Those are the only two events we send.
Meta receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request and handles it under its own terms, which we do not control. The pixel does not run on the signed-in console, the driver web app, the customer portal, or on tracking and shared-document links.
Blocking it works: with a content blocker or tracking protection enabled, the script does not load and nothing is sent.
What we do not do
There is no Google Analytics and no other analytics or advertising script on this site — Meta’s is the only third-party code that runs on it. We do not set advertising cookies of our own, we do not build profiles across other websites, and we do not take payment details on this website.
Who else can see it
Our hosting and database providers process this information on our behalf so the site can run, under their own terms. Meta receives what the pixel sends, as described above. Beyond that we do not share what you send us.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while they are useful for answering you and for our own records. We have not set a fixed period; if you want yours removed, ask and we will remove it.
Asking us to delete something
Email hello@tezify.com and say what you would like removed. If you are a driver asking about work records — loads, pay, inspections — those belong to your employer and not to us, and the driver app policy explains who to ask.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top is when it was last edited.
